This limited warranty applies only to defects in material and workmanship for certain products manufactured by Tucker Motorsports (“Seller”). Seller’s liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding the actual purchase price paid. Seller, in its sole discretion, may honor the limited warranty by refunding the actual purchase price paid or replacing the product. Seller does not warrant products manufactured by other companies that we may offer for sale. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY, SELLER MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF USE OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF THE OPERATION, FUNCTION OR CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY SELLER. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF BUYER.
What happens when I place an order?
All orders placed before 1:00pm will be processed automatically and submitted to our warehouse for fulfillment between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday (U.S. Central Time) excluding holidays. You should receive an Order Confirmation email and you should also receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once you submit your order for processing.
What if I make a mistake when ordering?
If you make a mistake, please contact DragonFire Racing directly by emailing CustomerService@dragonfireracing.com and we will get back to you to resolve the issue.
Why are there multiple charges on my account when I only placed one order?
DragonFire Racing pre-authorizes your credit card when you submit your order to begin the fulfillment process. We then authorize your credit card once your order has been processed. The pre-authorization is normally removed from your account within several business days. Orders with multiple products may receive more than one invoice. The charge on your card will be from Tucker Powersports. Please contact your issuing bank with any further questions.
What is your return policy?
Merchandise may be returned up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be processed through original seller. Merchandise purchased directly from DragonFire Racing will require a return authorization number so the return can be processed, and the original form of payment refunded. Returned merchandise for any other reason other than warranty claims must be in new condition, still in the original packaging, and subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any returned part that shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. All returned electrical items will be inspected & tested. If electrical item is deemed functional, no credit will be issued & item will be returned. All sales are final on discontinued or closeout merchandise.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently we ship to the 48 contiguous states only. Please use our Dealer Locator to find a dealer near you.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
DragonFire Racing uses UPS, and the United States Postal Service for its shipping. Shipping rates are based on the actual size, weight and dimensions of the box; along with the global area it is being shipped.
What is the DragonFire Racing warranty policy?

I purchased the product from a private seller. Does the warranty apply?
The warranty is limited to the original owner (“Buyer” or “Original Owner”) with proof of purchase from us or one of our authorized dealers.
What is not covered by the DragonFire Racing limited warranty?
Any defect or performance deficiency which results from any of the following will void the limited warranty: (1) improper care, storage or handling; (2) the natural breakdown of materials over time; (3) accidents, crashes or use in races or other competition; (4) absence of any necessary component; (5) alteration of the product; (6) combining the product with incompatible components or accessories; or (7) acts of God or causes beyond the reasonable control of the Seller.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Please make any warranty claim through the electronic form available at Warranty Claim. A claim number will be assigned. You may be required to ship the product to Seller. Such shipment is at your own cost.
What if I purchased the product outside the United States?
This warranty is limited to products purchased in the United States of America only and does not apply to international purchases.
Can I buy a replacement part for my Answer Racing product?
DragonFire Racing offers some replacement parts. Normal replacement parts will be located near the product online or there may be a replacement parts link near the parts application or description. If you cannot find what you are looking for feel free to email CustomerService@dragonfireracing.com a with the original DragonFire Racing part number and a description of the component needed (photos will greatly help). We will gladly check to see if the part you are looking for is available and contact you.
